5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing

  • Prices include standard delivery within mainland UK
  • Additional charges may apply for specialist installation or remote locations
  • Price adjustments may be necessary for changes in specification or scope

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
  • Deposits may be required for large orders or custom solutions
  • Late payment charges apply as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery

  • Standard delivery is 5-10 working days for stock items
  • Custom solutions may require 4-8 weeks lead time
  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery

Installation Services

  • Installation must be performed by qualified personnel
  • Customer must provide safe working conditions and access
  • Additional charges apply for modifications required during installation
  • Installation dates are subject to scheduling availability

7. Warranties and Guarantees

Product Warranties

  • Equipment carries manufacturer warranties typically ranging from 1-5 years
  • Warranty terms vary by product and are specified in product documentation
  • Warranties are void if equipment is modified or improperly installed
  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly with proof of purchase

Installation Guarantee

  • Installation services carry a 12-month workmanship guarantee
  • Guarantee covers defects in installation workmanship only
  • Customer modifications void the installation guarantee
  • Guarantee claims require inspection by our qualified engineers

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Environmental conditions outside specified parameters
  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Acts of God, accidents, or external factors

8. Customer Obligations

Information Provision

  • Provide accurate and complete project requirements
  • Disclose all relevant site conditions and constraints
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to requirements
  • Ensure appropriate personnel are available for consultation

Site Preparation

  • Ensure safe and accessible working conditions
  • Provide necessary utilities and infrastructure
  • Complete any required building modifications before installation
  • Obtain necessary permits and approvals

Health and Safety

  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Provide risk assessments and safety documentation
  • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place
  • Report any safety concerns immediately

9. Limitation of Liability

General Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order
  • We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • We exclude liability for loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Time limits apply to all claims as specified in applicable laws

Exceptions

  • Documentation may be copied for internal use only
  • Trademark and branding usage requires written permission

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection laws.

12. Termination

Termination by Customer

  • Installed equipment remains customer property after full payment

Termination by Company

We may terminate services in cases of:

  • Non-payment or breach of payment terms

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

13. Force Majeure
